Clinical Hypnotherapy and NLP
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Clinical Hypnotherapy is the application of advanced hypnotic techniques specifically for therapeutic healing.
Hypnosis is a natural yet altered state of mind where the critical factor (which facilitates communication between the conscious and subconscious mind) is relaxed and selective thinking is maintained through the subconscious part of your mind to create deep, lasting change through an interactive, client - centered approach.
Hypnosis increases your ability to create change because when you are in a state of hypnosis, you are more receptive to new ideas. You are also more able to access deeper levels of information to help you identify the root cause(s) of the issue(s) and find the most effective solution(s) that can then be tailored to your individual needs. You can change negative thought patterns, habits, and emotional triggers.
At your first session with me I will go into a lot more detail about how hypnotherapy works and answer any questions you may have.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
A literal translation of the phrase 'Neuro-Linguistic Programming' is that NLP empowers, enables and teaches us to better understand the way our brain (neuro) processes the words we use (linguistic) and how that can impact on our past, present and future (programming) in order to help us better understand how our thought processes and behavior, including how the language we use, influences the way we think and the results we get.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming shows you how to take control of your mind, and therefore your life.
